Question 1:	Can this blender crush ice and frozen fruits?
Answer 1:	It is not recommended. This blender is mainly for blending fresh fruits,vegetables with liquid.
Question 2:	Why my blender stopped working during use or giving burning smell?
Answer 2:	It has overheating/overloading protection.It will stop working automatically when the blender has been continuously working for too long time or blending with the ingredients overfilled.It will recover after resting the motor for about 30-60 mins.
Question 3:	Is the bottle dishwasher safe? Can I order more bottles?

Old one is still working!

Haven't used these yet but I got the same product around 3 years ago and it's still going strong. I saw the purple with 2 cups and had to have it! The purple is so pretty. I've purchased other beans name personal blenders and they've all broken within the first 3 months. The cups or the bases. I've been so happy this brand has stood the test of time. I use my old one daily and it's still going strong. I'm hoping this one doesn't disappoint either.

Great design for painful arthritic hands

I just received this blender today, and I've already used it. The first thing I noticed were the grooves in the bottles. They made it so much easier to grab and hold onto it with painful, arthritic hands!! Why didn't someone think about that before!? The blades seal very well to the bottle, but not too hard where it's difficult to remove them! The blender came packaged very nicely making it a very nice gift. I must say, I even like this one better than the heavier, more expensive Ninja! It's very powerful, and so easy to use and clean. I like that it came with 2 bottles, 2 straws and a brush to clean the metal straws. Well worth the value.

My kids love using this to make smoothies. The cups are not dishwasher safe. I had to buy a replacement the other two melted.
