Q1: Is time programmable?	A: Yes, it has fully automatic 24-hour brew programming. You can set a time you want, it will brew automatically for you at the right time without waiting.
Q2. Keeping warm funtion?	A: It does not have keeping warm function. The warming plate will cool down naturally after brewing.
Q3. Can I use coffee powder?	A: Yes, this coffee maker can be used either with whole beans or pre-ground coffee. Just make sure bean filling in hopper, and pre-ground filling in basket.
Q4: Water filter replacement?	A: The machine comes with 1 piece of water filter. We are preparing the replacement water filter, it will be available soon in our store.
Q5:When to descale it?	A: If it is found that the steam is too much or the brewing time becomes longer when in use, please use the descaling solution to the unit. We suggest descaling the machine every 2 months. Note: Only use white vinegar with concentration less than 8% for descaling solution. Do not use red vinegar, natural vinegar, descaling powder or descaling tablets for descaling, or the coffee maker may be damaged.
Q6: Why is my coffee weak?	A: A cup of perfect coffee request: 1. The right proportion of coffee to water,so can extract the right amount of coffee to get the best taste. 2. Grinding. Generally speaking, the finer the grinding, the strong the taste. 3.Time. The length of time the water is in contact with the coffee determines the amount of coffee extracted. 4. Temperature.The higher the temperature, the faster the extract speed.
Daily use and maintenance:	1. Read the user manual carefully before use; 2. The coffee bean shall be put in the bean container and pre-ground coffee shall be put in the filter basket; 3. Fill water tank with fresh water at room temperature. Do not add hot water or ice water; 4. Do not run the appliance when the water tank is empty, otherwise the appliance will run dry and may cause damage; 5. Do not open basket holder and take out basket during working of the unit; 6. Clean water tank and replaced with fresh water daily.
Coffee maker not working?	1. Check if the outlet is good; 2. Make sure basket holder is closed, otherwise it will not work;
